WILMA GLADYS D.The trailer rented was very dirty on the outside, but clean on the inside. The driver side fender had a small dent, but the photo I took would not upload to the site. I saved a photo on my cell phone in case you need it.
JAMES PATRICK H.While we were grateful for being able to extend our rental by a day twice since our work schedules changed and unloading didn't go as planned, we were unable to find a way to extend the rental on the mobile site. Both days we called to extend, we had to wait on hold for more than 20 minutes each time. When we reached a representative each time, she was helpful and the change in the contract was quick and easy. However, part of the hold message asked us to go online to extend the reservation when we couldn't find that option. Perhaps it's a discrepancy between the mobile site and the full site, but no matter the issue, a quicker resolution to extending it online would be great.
Jeffrey R.Charged me for two days when trailer was back on time, even waited for the guy to move a truck so I could put the car trailer where he wanted whick took a forever because he grabbed wrong keys Not very happy about this and I will make sure to check else where for rentals from this point
ANDREW MICHAEL I.Anything was ok until I took the truck back. Never gave me no paper work when I rented the truck ..when I took the truck back the u-haul people they should of been 3/8 gas in the truck they lied..when I got in the truck in only had 1/4 of a tank of gas I Argued with them but made no difference they charge me 4.40 cent a gallon of gas for two days of rental I was charged almost 160.00 dollars ...not happy at all ..I will never go there ago again ..then I fought to you they charge me for insurance to and never asked if I need it ...again not very happy with the ionia uhaul (sears) ionia michigan

Abe S.Validate info before customer leaves, the odometer was wrong and I was charge for 11miles more than I drove, did not check the paperwork because the clerk charged me 50 miles up front. When I called it to his attention he told me he takes pictures of the odometer when he checks it in but had deleted the photo, A Very unsatisfied customer
james K.It wasnt cleaned and the air didn't work correctly. it was all not havent air at all..I tried to call and report it .But, was on hold for about 20 mins .so I just hung up! I will be doing my business else where from now on..I can rent a truck for a 139.dollars for 24 hours with unlimited miles..I definitely learned my lesson as to why I stopped renting from uhaul!

Jeff B.The truck cab was filthy and the ash tray was packed full with cigarette ash and left open. There was a water bottle left on the seat. The location didn't have the other equipment I rented but that's not a big deal. The truck itself needs an alignment for sure and there was a popping sound in the cab that I couldn't figure out where it was coming from.
nick L.It was extremely surprising that during this Covid pandemic that the truck cab was not cleaned after last driver. Lysol wipes were filthy after wiping it down twice. Lever to adjust seat was sticky and ashtray contained ashes. Otherwise, everything was great. I cannot refer to a friend due to the lack of cleaning during a pandemic.

Arthur M.I had to wait 10 minutes and 15 seconds for someone to answer the phone the first time I call. The second time I called it was 9 minutes and 50 seconds. The first person took info and said they had it when I called back. They didn't. Why should anyone have to wait that long to talk to someone. There is only one person working in Sears store.

Donavan H.Did not care for the self check in and out. Had issues because my phone was "too low" and also "low memory". Wasted time trying to get this to work. Had to have clerk take a picture of fuel & mileage for one issue and ended up restarting my phone to fix the low memory issue.
