The online directions to locate and access the code box and keys weren’t clear. We had to call a representative and we waited on the line for about 20 minutes. This made us late to our destination. Returning the truck instructions asked a lot The app was messing up so we don’t even know if the photos were submitted properly. It would’ve been really nice to have a representative there to assist with all of this.
