PAUL BFirst, the trailer worked well. I could not tell how well the brakes were working since I do not know how much "assist" that they are supposed to offer when towing a light little mini truck. I could not put a "yes" for clean and maintained because it was very salty, but it may or may not have been maintained well. It worked but obviously without taking things apart and checking the mechanics, I cannot truthfully say one way or the other. Now, this next thing I will mention is the issue with the return entry on the receipt to me. I returned it 5-15min. before 4PM on 1/25/25 and NOT the following day @ the time listed on the receipt. I rented it for 48 hrs. and used less than 24hrs. This should have been recorded instead of the lie on the receipt. One suggestion to Haul for policy sake would be to refund at least part of the price of the rental for the second day if it is received within the first 24hrs of use. I asked the gentleman who rented it to me about any discount for not using it the second day and he said Uhaul does not do that. The rental guy was nice as well as helpful as one would expect when renting a trailer. I just wish the real time were entered into the system of my return accurately so Uhaul corporate as well as legally, everyone would know when it was truly returned. Lastly, and maybe most importantly is I did not care for a cell phone being used to take a picture of my drivers license and then transferring it into the computer. A simple spot on the computerized form for my license # should suffice without taking down my picture and everything else. Now my info is on a cloud somewhere that can be hacked and is also on this person's phone. Uhaul should have something different with less violation of a persons info. After thinking about this, I am very upset by it. I do not use cell phones or online social outlets for a reason. I like my privacy and now have lost it. Not happy at all! No other positives or negatives to share at this point.

ALFRED Tthe online pickup took way too long- just about 45 minutes. this was after the 30 minutes i spent the day before putting in my reservation.

victora cThis location was not open when I arrived. Used the app to complete the drop off. Was easy to use. Was approached by another customer who was upset that the truck he rented had been double booked (the one I rented) and he had to take a larger one. So not sure if this is an issue with this location.

Samantha BThe truck was left dirty for me. There were dings and scuffs that had no (quick claim) X stickers on them. I made a three minute video of the truck before driving away. The man who rented me the truck said not to worry because I had the good insurance. There was no way for me to upload my video to the Uhaul app. Uhaul should have a video camera system that automatically goes around the entire truck the same way the water spray equipment goes around your vehicle in a car wash. My shaky three minute video did not show all the dings and scuffs, I was noticing more as my three day rental went on. I was happy to only be charged for what was agreed upon. I guess that I will use Uhaul again but I will definitely look over the equipment more carefully.

LARRY PThis location was the best I've ever used. Bill was great from the beginning of the transaction to the end. Very personable and helped me to understand the process. I rented a cargo van for 7 days and had to extend it a couple of days after. That process was incredibly easy. I would highly recommend using this location. I definitely will the next time I need a cargo van!
