The equipment was quite used. However it fit my needs. I questioned the verify of dents and rusted areas. I believe it had been in accidents over the years. I was assured I wouldn’t be assessed any damaged claims having purchased the insurance. Also, I was not sure where I would be able to drop it off, as I had two possible destinations. As it turned out I called a local dealership and the gentleman explained his shop was a dealership and that he could accept it. I swept it clean and dropped it off. He said I was good to go no paperwork was needed. I returned to Virginia from Bew Hampshire and there was an additional charge. So my long story is the pick up was great, the technician helped me with the hook up and checking the electrical system. However, the drop off seems questionable with the extra charge. I’ve been loyal since 1973. Hopefully next time I’ll get better drop off service. Perhaps someone can review my record of this trip and provide an explanation. I may have missed something. MICHAELDAVID BWe had issues with a previous place that carried Uhauls and it did not go well so we got directed to Sears of Newport for one. It was super quick and efficient! The guy was super nice and we had no problems from the moment we got thru the door to the moment we dropped off the Uhaul! Thank you so much 💓

Peter BOnly open till 2:00 on Sunday afternoon so that was when I had to pick it up and unfortunately I couldn't get it back till 3:30 the next day so they charged me for a whole another day
