I had an emergency need for a trailer to retrieve my broke down motorcyle from the side of the road. I called about 15 minutes before this location closed and the person working (a saint!) waited an extra 30 minutes after closing so I could pick up the trailer and get my bike off the raod, amazing!!
RICHARD Rdidnt encounter any problems any time renting at this location the last three years i have rented a cargo van great people to deal with.
KEVIN DIt would be nice if you, U-haul, set up some type of rewards or credit program for loyal users. We have rented from you 3 times this year alone and each time have returned the unit early, twice with less mileage than we estimated (with no deduction for that?) and fully fueled and cleaned. Just a thought!
