One person working inside who keeps saying what she can’t do instead of saying what she can do. Good thing I’m tech savvy because if I had to leave the return process to her it would’ve never gotten done.

Alan MI would have been charged $25 extra if I hadn't brought in the paperwork from the pick up location. They tried to say I went over the allowed mileage when I had been given complimentary extra miles and if the paperwork hadn't said that I had extra miles, I would have been charged anyways. Aside from that, the location wasn't bad and it wasn't too stressful getting in and out.
Carolyn FThis whole process was amazingly simple and I will definitely be using y’all again soon! The truck I rented had a few misc items in the cargo area from previous customers, but nothing that interfered with my needs. The mileage also had a typo that I tried to note, but it didn’t end up causing any issuers thanks to the before/after photos feature! I ran 30 mins late getting it back, so I do apologize for that; however, I’m very grateful that y’all didn’t charge me for it as money is right now!

Ivan WWhile the on-site rep was nice, she was not knowledgeable in the workings of the UHaul website or App. I had selected the automated pickup and return process through the app but she told me none of that ever works. Then, she could not get her version to work well either. The amount of time it took me to actually leave with a truck was unacceptable. Then when I returned the truck, I was completing the automated return process, which she told me to do upon return, she came out and told me I was not supposed to do that and that she would have to do it herself. She said she didn’t even know what I was using on my phone when I showed it to her (I showed her the UHaul App). She then attempted to use something on her phone which she could not get to work. She then said, “I guess you can go ahead and try to use whatever you have on your phone and see what happens. Just make sure you bring me the keys when you are finished”. I completed the easy to use process in the app with no issues. I gave her the keys and she asked me if paid already. I said yes on the app. She said okay I hope so. I left. Again, nice person but not customer centric at all and not UHaul competent at all.

Harold MNo dolly was left with the truck for mobile pickup. Location was closed on saturdays, so there was no way to get the missing dolly.
Garrett BEverything at this location was fine. Our issue was that this wasn’t our original pickup location, because the truck we had reserved at another location wasn’t there for us when we went to pick it up. So we were late getting started because we had to spend time on hold with customer service trying to get help, then for the agent to find us an alternate truck, then to drive for the location of the alternate truck. Once this was resolved everything was fine, but it made for a frustrating start to our day.
Daniel EThough my appointment pick up time was 10 the two ladies were leaving saying they don't do uhaul that early and they don't do them during lockout week. Reluctantly, she processed our rental but had us open the back of the truck then left . Problem is that wasn't the truck the keys went to. She did not inform me that we'd recieve a message to respond to before driving off and by the time we noticed it had expired. I have rented many times with a great experience but this one was polar opposite.
Antoine RI was double charged my rental and unable to reach anyone to fix the issue! I am going to dispute the chArge with my credit card company!
Darby WSelf-service drop off was seamless, fast and easy. An excellent way of providing a convenient means of returning the vehicle.
