I thought the person was nice howeverI was renting for four hours, so why am I being charged $99 for a full day when I was told to bring it back in just a few hours? And why am I being charged $79 for gas when I fill it up to the exact point it was when I received it? I intend to leave bad reviews if this is not resolved.

Christine BThe pick up of the truck was a complete disaster. It was supposed to be a self service pickup but the keys were not in the correct place. There was no one at the location until after their posted opening time so we were very late getting the keys which were inside the building. The inside of the truck was dirty and had trash from the previous renter.
Karen RCargo section of the 10' van was clean but the cab was only ok. Drivers seat and all parts that human hands touch (steering wheel, cup holder) were a bit dirty and sticky.
Erika JYour app is absolutely terrible, when trying to pickup and return it multiple times the app reset the progress of the self service function. Please work to improve that experience.

Every single thing went wrong from them not having our rental truck available to harassing us about returning the van we were forced to rent that was half the size and necessitated twice as many trips as a result. Ilhan DRate is misleading until the fine print is read. The mileage charge is expensive, especially for small jobs ( transporting one item) within a 25 mile range. For jobs requiring more distance, the total charge will be quite a bit. The staff at the location I rented were excellent and courteous.
AL GRep was late opening office. My truck wasn't ready. Waited for 45 mins to finally get another truck on the lot. Piss poor service. The rep was fine but not apologetic at all.
George GService was great. Friendly and efficient. However, I'm not pleased that they charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I drove 6 miles. I was expecting to pay for 1 but the gauge system is rigged.

MIRA MExcellent experience overall. Initially I was overcharged by one day for the truck and dolly rental, but when I visited the office, Jamyia Owens worked with me to credit me for the overcharge. She was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable so the issue was corrected quickly. Definitely happy to recommend this place for renting a U-Haul to friends in the future based on my experience.
