Rate is misleading until the fine print is read. The mileage charge is expensive, especially for small jobs ( transporting one item) within a 25 mile range. For jobs requiring more distance, the total charge will be quite a bit. The staff at the location I rented were excellent and courteous.
AL GRep was late opening office. My truck wasn't ready. Waited for 45 mins to finally get another truck on the lot. Piss poor service. The rep was fine but not apologetic at all.
George GService was great. Friendly and efficient. However, I'm not pleased that they charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I drove 6 miles. I was expecting to pay for 1 but the gauge system is rigged.
Mara SVery Friendly and Professional. I like this New location it’s the only U-Haul in Bethesda. I will definitely recommend to Family and Friends.
