The staff were very prompt, helpful and friendly. The location also had furniture blankets available - unlike many partner locations.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy experience with SPS was generally very good. There was one snafu on the final receipt: I was double billed for a furniture dolly. But a quick phone call to the facility resulted in an immediate refund of the second billing.
Christopher KI'm very pleased to have rental trucks available at this new location. The staff was great.
John PIt was an after-hours drop off so I didn't see any personnel. Location was good, easy to access.
JAMES MHave clearer signage about where to park. It was confusing. But the staff were very helpful!
