Excellent experience overall. Initially I was overcharged by one day for the truck and dolly rental, but when I visited the office, Jamyia Owens worked with me to credit me for the overcharge. She was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable so the issue was corrected quickly. Definitely happy to recommend this place for renting a U-Haul to friends in the future based on my experience.
