Rep was late opening office. My truck wasn't ready. Waited for 45 mins to finally get another truck on the lot. Piss poor service. The rep was fine but not apologetic at all.

Service was great. Friendly and efficient. However, I'm not pleased that they charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I drove 6 miles. I was expecting to pay for 1 but the gauge system is rigged.

MIRA MExcellent experience overall. Initially I was overcharged by one day for the truck and dolly rental, but when I visited the office, Jamyia Owens worked with me to credit me for the overcharge. She was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable so the issue was corrected quickly. Definitely happy to recommend this place for renting a U-Haul to friends in the future based on my experience.
