The area of pick up was very sketchy, front man for UHaul was rude, had a dont care attitude, our trailer that was booked was dropped off at the NW location so we did not get that trailer as was booked, I booked originally at Bridgecest way SW, was contacted by a representative to tell me that size of trailer is not available there, a very long story of lack of help arrangements were made for pick up at this last location. When the trailer was not there for use we ended up with a van to make the move at no extra cost. BUT.... I will be calling UHAUL because the they charged me 450$ for the trailer instead of $277 quoted
