Worst uhaul experience ever. Didnt have stock at 17th street location. Drove 4 hours to pick up from different location. Got overcharged over 300 dollars more than initial quote and now out a 200 dollar tank of diesel. No one could take ownership, responsibility or helped us whatsoever. Got a flat within 12 hours and while it was sitting outside our home and there was zero spare tire available, another expense for us to take on. Extremely disappointed in everything. Called customer service and they also didnt help us. Fully expect a call from someone who can make things right.

Peter AThe area of pick up was very sketchy, front man for UHaul was rude, had a dont care attitude, our trailer that was booked was dropped off at the NW location so we did not get that trailer as was booked, I booked originally at Bridgecest way SW, was contacted by a representative to tell me that size of trailer is not available there, a very long story of lack of help arrangements were made for pick up at this last location. When the trailer was not there for use we ended up with a van to make the move at no extra cost. BUT.... I will be calling UHAUL because the they charged me 450$ for the trailer instead of $277 quoted
