She sent a link to a page where I could photo and upload my license. I got to it, the instructions seemed simple enough to follow, but there was no way to complete. Same with my wife's phone, They're both up-to date phones, both Android. Maybe this has only been tested on Apple? Frustrating, because of the time spent trying and because of the much-longer checkin at the counter. Note that this has nothing to do with the Sedillo location, this is a Uhaul problem.Richard J.

Our rental agreement listed this location as our drop off in Tijeras, NM. We took auto transport trailer on Sunday 4-23 to return. No one there. Closed on Sunday. Called number on the gate. We needed help. My husband is 73 and has heart problems. We have a very long bed truck. The location's driveway is very small and goes right out onto the highway. We needed 10 minutes help! Could not get truck and trailer turned around and back on road. Husband started having heart pains. I asked the manager for help and she refused saying it was Sunday and they were closed. Told us to go down the road to another UHaul location. I tried to explain we were unable to get the trailer and truck turned around and back out on the road but she would not listen and so we hung up. I was afraid my husband was having a heart attack. We left the trailer at the location positioned so that it was not blocking their driveway or entrance. I got a phone message from her that was very nasty. Several attempts she made to call us back. I am sorry we inconvenienced these people on a Sunday. We needed 10 minutes of their time, that is all. I realize they were closed but we were in dire need of help. Too bad when people like this miss a chance to come through for someone in need.Steve R.

The location was great. However, U-haul's requirements for three local phone numbers and the fact that I spent almost an hour loading in all of my â€œpre-registrationâ€ and vehicle information, which apparently got deleted so that we had to do it all over again at the store are the primary reasons that I will likely not use U-haul anymore. There are a lot of other options with less hassle.James S.

I reserved a truck in Albuquerque a month in advance of my move, but was sent to Tijeras, on the opposite side of the mountains, to pick it up. This would be a minor inconvenience for someone living in Albuquerque, but I was flying in. It cost me $40 for a Uber just to get to Tijeras. I spoke to five different people at the U-Haul dispatch and they all refused to change the pickup point. Albuquerque is a big city with many U-Haul dealers. I stopped counting after the tenth one I passed. Every single one had at least one 26 foot truck on the lot. I have used U-Haul many moves throughout my life, and been satisfied. But this situation will probably be my last. The lack of customer service from the Albuquerque dispatch center has caused the company to lose a long-time customer.James H.

I will never ever do the on line check in. It was crap. I ended up getting my truck an hour after my scheduled pick up time. You failed to say you would need to call someone or what not.Elisabeth K.

Location and people were excellent. U-haul is not. I have used u-haul many times but I doubt I will ever use them again. Making the process difficult just because you can is a really stupid business practice so I doubt you really give a dman what I say anyway. I resereved trailer with credit card and drivers license and you still refuse service without 2 phone numbers of people? I am too old to have patience with anyone that stupid. I can you 1000 numbers and names from phone book so it adds absolutely zero extra security from honest person. The only thing it does is make it hard for honest customer. Whoever thought of that idea needs to find a new career. And whoever approved it should be fired immediately.Bobby C.

Was not told when I called that I couldn't park my vehicle at the location. Truck had less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas, so had to get gas immediately. I returned it early with more gas. The woman found a pebble in the cab and a foot print in the back of the truck, charged me a cleaning fee. Will never go back!DANA L.

manager did NOT know that an 30min early pick up from reservation time added a FULL day. also did not allow for sunday drop off & told me to bring to other locations that were open only to discover I would be charged double if not returned back to original pick up location... returned to that original closed location & could NOT upload fotos on the app to self check in. spent over an hour on hold w uhaul customer service to check in the trailer & also drove over 70 miles trying to return a trailer which nobody seemed to care about or want. we returned the truck cleaner than when we picked it up (there was stuff inside cab from the previous renter). We were charged cleaning fee. Sign inside the box says, IF not returned clean you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. It should say, you WILL be charged a $25 cleaning fee. period. no exceptions. this is false advertising. The girl was very rude about it when we said that it was clean. She just kept saying that we need to have it clean for our customers....well, then you didn't do it the time before we got it. They park the vehicles in a dirt/gravel lot. It is very windy here...all the time. I don''t know how it is even possible to open the back door without dust getting inside....thus, it is impossible for it to be white glove clean on all surfaces. we will tell people to go to a different location to rent a truck, as there are many others in the vicinity to choose from.FRANKLIN S.
don't charge a "cleaning fee" when it is already clean!! We vacuumed and blew out the box before return. They park the vehicles in a dirt/gravel lot and it had been raining. So when she stepped up into the box to "examine" she had mud/gravel on her shoes. She said, there is dirt here...we said we would sweep it out right now, to which she responded...no, I have to sweep the WHOLE box out. It must be clean for our customers. Well, it was cleaner when we returned it then when we picked it up. They should change the sign that says *IF* not clean a $25 cleaning fee will be charged to...A $25 cleaning fee WILL be charged...period.!FRANKLIN S.

Becky at Sedillo Self Storage really took care of us. Cannot say enough good things. We needed a 26' truck last minute and close by and she accommodated us. Made a few changes in the schedule after we picked up the truck and then cancelled those changes and she kept everything current w/ the contract. Then arranged for us to have the lowest cost rental option after we made changes and then cancelled those changes. Really appreciate her patience and keeping on top of things. Since I last rented from U-Haul, there are new requirements that are a bit of a nuisance. The phone app to scan/photograph my drivers license didn't work at all. The process of having to call an acquaintance is annoying, but the equipment and customer service were both excellent.Robert D.
Get some help that can do their job. I am a 60yr old woman and I had to lift and put the trailer on the hitch and had to show the worker how to lock the hitch on. Killed my back and was very stressfull. Will never use uhaul again.Sheri D.
