How U-Haul Reviews WorkWould not recommend when picing up with the app. Using the app, the location it requires for GPS is behind a locked gate. Had to walk down the side of the fence 100 ft to get close enough for the app to agree I was at the rental. Called. 1800 u haul zero help. Store wasn't open yet. Wasted over an hour because the GPS signal for Google said the u haul store was over 100 feet away. Look it up on Google before you plan to use the app to pick up. If they are open, very good customer service. Have used them many times.
Kirby PThe locations were both great.....it is uhaul customer service that needs help. They are misinformed and they are rude. There seems to be a not so good communication line between corporate and dealers....This needs fixing.
