You are kidding right this has to be one of the wort locations I have ever visited, it’s a iPhone repair store with no parking other than in the mud and weeds and not in a very safe area. And when I dropped the truck and dolly the man acted like I was being rude when I said I needed to leave my truck park ether overnight so I could unload the truck and bring it back the next day and why I had paid extra for the day. I told him the lady at the pickup location said it was perfectly fine and that I had to do it at the pickup location. He then stated he did not understand why would she do that that they could not be responsible and that there was really no place to park it. So, he had me sufficiency convinced that someone was going to steel it or at least break into it and I had over $15,000 of art and sculpture inside it so. I dropped the truck parked it in the weeds and went and unloaded it for the next six & half hours by myself, I AM SEVENTY-THREE YEARS OLD YOU JERKS. I then returned the truck overpaid for gas at his station and took my vehicle and went home and passed out, No I will never rent from you again and you owe me a refund for days I paid for and could not use because your employee out and out lied, very sad experience.

I paid for a bigger truck last time and it was half the price. Their system went down so it didn’t close out until the next day, I would like to be charged only the $50 or less it was suppose to cost, since it’s not my fault their system went down to close out the rental. I drove less then 8 miles, put gas in it, and got charged nearly double what I should’ve! I would like a reimburmenst of what I should’ve been charged. It should’ve been $40 something or no more then $50. Why was it $111 and change?

The location was great — very friendly and attentive staff. The attendant went the extra mile by calling his manager to help me get a refund, and they were able to take care of it for me. They also helped me when I had an issue with the truck and quickly replaced it without any problems. I would highly recommend this location for U-Haul pickups. Excellent customer service overall!

Left tail light was out. Stopped by troopers and highway patrol 3 times on my trip to VA because of the tail lamp issue.

They didn't even hook up the truck in trailer. Lights work because they had no plug for it overall. Mismanaged.

My entire experience was horrible from the moment we tried to pick up the truck. Ordered a 10’ but had to take a 15’ since that was the smallest they had which costed us more money. The guy at the counter did everything so fast that we were charged for the safe trip of $15 that we did not want. Will never use you again!!!
