The location was great — very friendly and attentive staff. The attendant went the extra mile by calling his manager to help me get a refund, and they were able to take care of it for me. They also helped me when I had an issue with the truck and quickly replaced it without any problems. I would highly recommend this location for U-Haul pickups. Excellent customer service overall!

Great service very helpful
Robert PLeft tail light was out. Stopped by troopers and highway patrol 3 times on my trip to VA because of the tail lamp issue.
