1. This is not the location where I made my reservation. The owner called me and stated that U-Haul switched my reservation to him. This location was 16 miles road trip in extra mileage. $28.64. The owner said he would credit me the extra mileage. When I picked the truck he said he could do that. Plain and simple liar. 2. Upon arrival at the rental location, no one had masks on. Was told to wait 10 minutes and someone would help me. This was a joke, 4 guys sitting eating lunch. Guy comes out, "you dropping off", no, picking up. Oh, you'll have to wait. Greet customer service. The place was filthy, dirty, disgusting. Terrible. 3. Actually discovered my truck wasn't even there. The previous renter pulls and all of sudden the guy can now help me. No COVID cleaning was done. Terrible 4. I checked in on-line. For some reason I still had to complete paper work and provide an emergency contact and my DL again. I asked why an emergency contact. "New UHaul policy". I asked since when, "a few months". Funny just rented truck 3 weeks ago. It wasn't required then and I when I arrived for that rental in Pittsburgh, they just handed me the keys and I was off. Then the guy asks for 2 more phone numbers. I just didn't feel comfortable. 5. Furniture pads laying in filth on the floor. 6. Upon return I had to take pictures of the odometer, inside and outside of the truck, fuel gauge and where the truck was parked so they could find it. 75 x 75 lot. I don't think it will be that hard to find it. And I had to verify my location to confirm I was at the right place. Like I didn't remember where I picked it up from. 7. I never write bad reviews but this place was terrible/dirty and I would not recommend this location to anyone.John W.
I book one way trip it was not honored, Reservation was canceled by location and new one was made. Was only told when bringing back vehicle to park in one spot and drop box around building. When asking for receipt was told it would be emailed to find out there was a fee of 25.00 for after hours drop off . They closed at 3pm and my rental was dropped off a few minutes after 4pm. I was never told that I needed to upload photos for after hours drop off although it wasn't after hours at all. Filed complaint as soon as vehicle was dropped off regaurding this complete complaint. You should revised your gasoline charges. The gas per mileage average is too expensive, taking in consideration the you have poor mileage performance in your vehicles. I drove you vehicle for only 43 miles and used for less than two hours, put $10.00 dollars of gasoline and still ended up paying $79.00 on a $19.95 offer. Even thou the service was outstanding but I hate to admit it I just got robber.??samuel G.

The building external was not neat and clean. Even though it is also a mechanic shop it did not look clean. Inside not neat. or clean The walls, floor, other room(s) dirty. Items thrown on the floor,counter cluttered counter,desk also dirty/cluttered .Items were not piled and stacked so that a walkway is clear. The only item that was appropriate was the RENTAL TRUCK.robin H.

Location I rented from confused the payment. Was supposed to be only hold on credit card and paid in cash . When I returned to pay bill in cash location told me my payment was already done on credit card . I was at location for 40 minutes to straighten out bill and finally pay in cash . Picking up and drop off is painful. Definitely recommend dealing with a live assistant if possible. Also, the agreement is extremely long and detailed. Gives me the impression that if I blink while driving I may be responsible for the full value of the vehicle plus all missed opportunities for what would have been the life of the vehicle because my insurance coverage would be void due to blinking leaving me uninsured. Just saying, it also assumes that an average consumer is going to read that entire agreement in the absence of a qualified Uhaul representative. I say you better call your attorney and have shim confirm the enforceability of such a copious document.Dennis G.

Over all experience I was very unhappy with the price but it was definitely overpriced had the truck for two hours just to move a sofa and entertainment center and it cost me over 120$ then I tried to call customer service when dropping off my truck and they gave me false information I don't think they knew what they were talking about I was very upset with U-Haul this time! The back of the vehicle was not very clean, the passenger side had dog hair, the gas tank was less than full. When I tried to access my reservation, I was told to log into my account, go to dashboard and select Pickup my truck. After I went to the dashboard, I was unable to locate that option. When I called UHaul, I had to stay on hold for about 15 minutes. UHaul didn't specify in the beginning that I would have to return the truck with the same amount of fuel as I took it. When I took it, it was less than full. I filled the tank when I returned and ended up spending about $22 on gas. When I went through the return procedure online, I saw where it said that I needed to return the truck with the same amount of fuel as I took it but by then I had already put in all that extra fuel. I traveled about 16 miles but ended up putting in a lot more towards gas than I needed to. Disappointing experience overall.Rajeeve S.

This location is a auto repair shop and is not suited for the truck I rented. I rented the 26 foot and this location's lot is full of cars and left me with little to no space to return the vehicle. The gas gauge on the truck I had wasn't working properly and I actually put extra gas in to ensure it had the same amount or more than what was in it when I took the vehicle but I was charged and extra 1.87 for something after returning it. I did get a free use of the trolley which was very nice. The parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver the vehicles around and customer parking is not very good due to the small size of the lot. Otherwise the men who helped me were very nice and professional.jaun R.

This location was closed and I used the Mobile rental option. The mobile check in process is very inefficient and left us waiting outside in the sun at the truck for approval for 30 mins. Getting contact info for references and photos of driver and license should be done when the truck is reserved NOT when it's time to pick up the truck.
