Friendly, knowledgeable staff; clean and well maintained trailer.
JOHN LMy drop off was supposed to be 11/8/25 (and it was). But I called them on 11/7 and told them my hired help (from UHaul) might not be able to unload the truck on 11/8 in the afternoon because of daylight savings time(too dark/not safe). He totally understood and said he would not charge me for that. I still was able to get the truck unloaded and back on 11/8, but I really appreciated his understanding. Great job all around!

PAUL MI would like to have seen more tie down options in the trailer. There were only the bars with openings for rope. I would have preferred to used ratchet straps or bungees. Also, both of the tires were at 50psi when they should have been at 65. I pumped them up for the trip.

PAULA VThe only thing to say to improve would be the van was clean inside, but the windshield had caked on bugs that would not come off with the windshield wipers. Not a big deal though.
JEANIE CI chose this drop-off location because I’ve used them before. My drop-off was after-hours so I didn’t need to interact with anyone. In the past, the site owner has always been GREAT to work with. He’s very friendly with great customer service. His location is always busy but he’s taken time in the past to help me determine what size vehicle I need and given me the best rate possible.
