Kevin WI was originally scheduled at M&M Storage for a pickup but was called and told they don’t do after hours. I was then scheduled at Long Beach Self Storage for an 8:30 am pickup and was unable to pick up through the app. Turns out the truck was not even there. When I called and spoke to Logan he said they didn’t set it up correctly. He moved me to Sentry Storage off 211. The truck was locked behind the gate so I was unable to pickup through the app again and had to go in. I was about an hour behind due to UHaul. I also found out later via Brenda at M&M Storage that she had the truck and they do after hours. Very disappointed in the app and misinformation provided to me. I ended having to pay movers to wait for me and we went over on time so I had to pay additional which cost me more.
