On the day I was due to return the trailer, there was no one available to unhitch the trailer. I was told to go to another uhaul dealer and return it. When I did, Uhaul tried to charge me a phenomenal amount of money for not returning it to the original dealer. The man spent a long while trying to get the charges removed, but couldn't get the last $7.53 removed. He said he would keep trying. I've had problems like this with Uhaul in the past. Your dealers are nice, efficient, helpful, and well-informed, but Uhaul itself has a lot of issues that makes the overall experience difficult. You need to step up your game at home office.
