timothy sI don’t like the fact that nearly two months prior to needing vehicle I booked a 10 foot truck but still couldn’t get that vehicle at the location closest to me. I was not properly notified of any change so when arrived to my pick up location was first told they didn’t have my reservation and then said I was rebooked ten miles away - a complete inconvenience which ultimately cost me dearly in other ways. Disappointing and means that while in good faith I kept my end of the reservation u-haul didn’t. Ultimately I was given a truck but way way to big for my trip which cost dearly in gas and was difficult to drive in Washington DC.
MICHAEL SI have rented here before and recommended it to others, and will continue to do so. There is no need for improvement when their service is excellent.
