Stephen UI couldn’t get the damn U-Haul app to start the return process, and the location wasn’t officially opened yet, but the guy working came over, told me to not worry about it, took the truck and completed the process for me. I was stressed from driving four days and had ZERO tolerance left in me. This guy saved my sanity and took care of the entire process of dropping it off which was EXCELLENT!!!
