JOHN GThe location and staff were great. The fact I had to wait an extra 30 min to clear an ealert was not. Why would U-Haul not make me aware at time of booking. Also it was for virtually nothing. That portion was very frustrating.
Jarrod SI dropped the vehicle off with the proper amount of fuel (7/8 of a tank), but the representative decided after I left that I was 2 gallons short and charged me $11.88 extra. I asked if she needed to review the vehicle with me before leaving but she said no. When I called to complain about the charge, she said suggested I could drive back to the office and she would show me the fuel gauge. I knew the gauge was at 7/8, but I failed to take a photo of the gauge to prove it. I explained that I couldn't drive back to her office to contest the charge so I would just not be doing business with them in the future. She responded by saying "it was my loss".

He offered to back the trailer up, which I didn't really need help with, he disconnected it, talked for a while, and I told him I see him again because I'll have to rent another trailer.

JEFFREY OI can't think of a thing towards improvement. However let me say this. They are the most accommodating people I've dealt with. Professional and extremely friendly, they bent over backwards to help. I would rate higher, but the survey only gave me five stars with which to rate them. Would I recommend them - you bet your bipee I would.
