Person did not come out to check truck while we where there we just gave her Key and was not told of extra charges until I received a statement on my email. To me this is bad customer service.

Very nice staff and would most definitely go back to this location for a bottle of vodka. 2 thumbs WAY up!

Jessicca FieldsI never received a confirmation call regarding my rental request. I thought I was supposed to get one? Something popped up about a $50 credit if I didn't receive a confirmation phone call from the reservation location. I still drove to the site and waited for the to open for the day and hoped my truck was there. When the store opened, the lady working asked why I didn't reserve where I didn't have to check in. I explained that I wasn't sure how all of it worked but I know for the next time I need to rent a truck. No mention was given about missing a phone calll but then, I also didn't get a receipt because her printer wasn't working. Sure hope a photo of and incomplete receipt will work on my business expenses and the IRS, if I get audited. The lady was very friendly and helpful, but you have to realize that most people need an actual receipt for tax purposes. This was a business expense for me as I had to drive to pick up a load of materials for my work. I am self-employed and the IRS watches my expenses pretty closely.
