Very hard to understand the attendant (East Indian0. The person had a hard time putting info the U-Haul program on his laptop. He had to stop the input and had me call the U-Haul to complete the process. I went into my vehicle to complete the process on my phone. I did all the pulling the trailer out of the parking spot and hooking it up and testing the lights. Bring it back, I did the same to put it back. The women that was working knew nothing about the U-Haul process.
