Counter person couldn’t speak English and then called her husband so he could take care of my reservation. He was having extreme difficulty with program and said the BS phrase several times while trying to wade through the app. Then finally had to call an area representative to figure out why he was having problems. Had to get an override. Once that was completed, told me to go find the trailer that was rented. Couldn’t find trailer number on contract and he finally pointed me to the trailer and took off. No help in getting trailer properly connected and left me to my own devices. Fortunately, I have enough mechanical savvy to get the trailer hooked up. Took me 50 minutes from beginning to finally pulling out. Then 2 hours later received an email giving me instructions on proper hookup which I had already completed. Couldn’t believe the poor service and complexity of process just to rent a $66 dollar trailer!
