The only good thing about this place was it was close to home. The man who took my equipment, couldn’t help me at all with any of my questions. He just told me I had to call corporate.

Have the Uhaul trailer at the Carbondale facility as I requested in my reservation!!!
Rob HRepresentative was very rude to my wife on another drop off last week. I made drop off the same day, he was very confused because it wasn’t on his schedule. Once it found it in the system he even said you’re a day early. But he didn’t log it in until 2 days and charged me a late fee of $28, which has already been refunded.
Mitchell RI returned the trailer on Sunday. The person on duty could not speak English and could not understand what I said. I called the UHaul number to report that I was dropping it off and what was happening.then after that I received a call from a guy at the UHaul office to ask if I had dropped it off!! WHAT?but it is still wrong as I read this receipt.
Joseph KPersonnel were not knowledgable..........told me to simply drop off in parking lot and could not give any receipt of drop off.
