The parking lot is dark. You have to take pictures on the app. Glad I had a flash light because it was already dark out.
IVAN KThe back was full of dirt and dead bugs I needed to sweep out prior to packing my belongings in there when there is clearly a sign hanging up saying $25 if not swept out, so not only did the last renter not clean it nether did the location and if they did they didn’t care. So a bit frustrating when moving is stressful enough.

ISSACK JDoor locked but someone behind counter waited 30 minutes then some one else got helped first Ride and dismissive charged us for parking in wrong place right next to sign that says drop off

BRUCE GNo complaints related to Shakopee Mini Storage. Again another problem with Uhauls website and the way they choose to query feedback. No option to select a drop-off after hours. Since the site was closed, Were the personnel helpful question is not applicable along with other questions.
BRIAN SI rented a truck yep times in one week. I asked for a dolly in the trucks, but there never was a dolly in the trucks both times. It made the moving experiences very difficult without it. Not to mention, I was still charged for the dolly both times.
Kerwin FI felt the Windshield should have been cleaner.

THOMAS DWent to location to drop my trailer off well earlier than anticipated. Early afternoon there was no one around except a guy working in the shop. Said he had no idea about the business and to just drop the trailer anywhere and they would take care of it Monday. Hours on line showed they were open at time of drop off and the next day, but they weren’t. I had to return back to the location the following day because after a lot of research on how to return the trailer, I had to be present on scene to do it. Very confusing website and a lot of waste of my time running back and forth to the drop location.

JOHN WTransitioning me from an in person check out to an online experience without fore knowledge was not a pleasant experience. Being told that I would need significant contacts to prove my identity caused serious distress that made the whole process more difficult. I never once spoke to a person at uhaul and the whole experience was demoralizing and dehumanizing.

JOHN LThe store was great, trailer was great. What's not great is the uhaul online system. I wanted a trailer from a place 10mins from me.... Not 30. The online system just switched my reservation.... No confirmation call. I checked with the close shop and they had trailers available. Your nationwide system needs a revamp. Badly. 2nd time now with your online system.
Nicholas CWhen we got to our original pick up location they did not have the confirmed trailer we ordered nor did they notify us. The corporate Hiawatha location in MN was the worst and they did not care at all. We had to drive another hour to SHAKOPEE and they were absolutely the best. Cannot rely on the ordering process going through corporate UHaul and was very upsetting since getting the trailer was essential. Would drive one and a half hours to SHAKOPEE because they were that great.

Donald WI was picking up a truck on a Saturday. I called and asked if we could have a later pick up time. They assured me that it would not be an issue, but they were closing at 10:30 am. Once I arrived, I was great warmly with smiles and a pleasant greeting. Since I used the U Haul app, the process went very quickly. I was walked out to the truck and it was explained how to return the truck during after hours. It was a great rental. everything went very smooth.

PHILLIP NThe office was closed so had to do self drop off the process of taking all the pictures was a little tedious since it took a long time to upload. Also we paid for 24 blankets but only used 12. How will we be reimbursed for that?

Gretchen KVery friendly location. Selected them on recommendation from a friend who said they went above and beyond. They had the equipment I needed and were very easy to work with. Their official greeter was a very kind gentleman and he made my day much less stressful.

BRIAN HThe only issue I had with this was it wasn’t the original return location I chose and didn’t realize it had changed (no notification). When I got to the original location he wouldn’t take the truck. I then had to drive 5 miles away for a return and was subsequently charged for the additional mileage because it put me over 30 miles! I was so pissed about that. I rent you guys often but overall this was the worst experience I’ve had. After being charged for the change of drop off due to mileage I will look elsewhere for my truck rentals. And I will have more in the future. So business lost for you.
