How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere's nothing to improve, the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful, and the van was perfect for what we needed.
Aaron MVery friendly and helpful staff
matt gFriendly staff and easy to work with. Dropped in and they made it very simple.
Steven SI needed to add air in all four tires. That should’ve been done before I picked it up. Another issue I ran into is that I booked the U-Haul trailer five minutes away from my daughter‘s house a day before we were to pick it up the location changed and that was a half an hour away so for me that was a round-trip what I think should’ve happened with your company is that they should’ve moved that trailer to the trailer that I booked it to you guys have access to trucks vans that you could’ve moved that trailer that was a big inconvenience for me. That was an hour. I didn’t have. It was totally out of my way. So with these two items one I had to add air to all four tires and the other one is that I was out an hour because you guys wouldn’t move the trailer to the first location. It would be nice if I was compensated for my troubles thank you.
