How U-Haul Reviews WorkFriendly staff and easy to work with. Dropped in and they made it very simple.
Steven SI needed to add air in all four tires. That should’ve been done before I picked it up. Another issue I ran into is that I booked the U-Haul trailer five minutes away from my daughter‘s house a day before we were to pick it up the location changed and that was a half an hour away so for me that was a round-trip what I think should’ve happened with your company is that they should’ve moved that trailer to the trailer that I booked it to you guys have access to trucks vans that you could’ve moved that trailer that was a big inconvenience for me. That was an hour. I didn’t have. It was totally out of my way. So with these two items one I had to add air to all four tires and the other one is that I was out an hour because you guys wouldn’t move the trailer to the first location. It would be nice if I was compensated for my troubles thank you.
Michael GProcess is straight forward and the app is self explanatory and I love that the app processes your bill immediately. The only feedback is to ensure first time customers know to expect to spend 10 mins for pictures for the return.
Rebecca HVery friendly very easy to rent.
