SCOTT RThe truck was so difficult to drive, it was the worst experience in my life. It shook so much, even on highway that I got a bad had ache and back ache. I would never rent this type of truck again. When I ordered the truck, it was only a few miles from my house, but then UHAUL made me go out of my way to a location that added over $70 dollars in fuel cost. The person inputing the initial reservation made a number of mistakes which almost cost me losing the truck on the day of my move. Thanks for the angel in customer service that resolved the issue. Overall it was a bad experience and seemed like an overpriced deal. Never again!!!
