Well, this was a great location but it is too far away - 36 minutes! Do you know how many UHaul sites i passed on the way? This location needs better signage. I stopped by the UHaul trailers but I needed to get back on the busy road to go to the next door location where the office is located.BRIAN R.

I rented a storage unit at the drop off location to find out from the lady... Nicole, we get a free month at a storage unit in burnsville... nobody told me that before in rented the unit in Shakopee. Very disappointed in service I received.Chris M.

As a customer, this is extremely misleading. I booked both the truck and the unit through the uhaul website. The truck was not available at the Burnsville location, so it sent me to Shakopee mini storage. When I returned the truck, I used the uhaul app. Even the email from which you are communicating is a uhaul address. However, now that I have come across a problem, you are no longer uhaul?Your revenue stream is not my concern as a customer, the mistake of uhaul cost me more than $100 and my time. Furthermore, the store location is not extra for after hours. In fact, I was at the unit prior to 7pm. The card system stated, â€œaccess grantedâ€ but the door was still locked. I the spent an hour calling the after hours hotline, and my call nor my message was ever returned. I then called customer service, to which they instructed me to â€œtry the door againâ€. Then, upon returning the truck, I disputed the additional charges on the app and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. Again, no one called. As a customer, when I use the uhaul website to choose multiple uhaul products, I am expecting that uhaul will be there for support if needed, regardless of location. However, this has not been the case. I have been brushed off as a customer and I am now holding the bag for double what I was quoted. Please provide the uhaul corporate contact. Someone, somewhere, must be willing to make things right for the customer, because I am not willing to pay for someone else's mistakes. Per my contract, I was told the hours I would be able to access my unit and I was well within that timeframe. My inconvenience of waiting until the next day was enough, without me paying an entire extra day for wasting my time. Again, please provide the corporate uhaul contact so I can get their issue resolved.Andre L.

Limited cell phone signal for AT&T made pickup of uhaul a challenge during pandemic. My bigger issue is with uhaul canceling my guaranteed reservation because we checked in late while trying to figure out the online check in. Very disappointed!jeff K.
The rental pick up was messy. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. This was a problem for us to use the a/c. It was hot outside and we had to have the windows open due to the overwhelming smoke odor. Very unpleasant experience! The process of getting the vehicle was efficient. I was charged an additional $25 because a couple of blankets weren't folded. The truck was left in the same condition, gassed up, and returned on time. But because a couple blankets had to be folded by the staff I was charged $25. I didn't even use an entire bag that was unopened. I will not be using this uhaul facility in the future.Ryan S.

I had a appointment scheduled to pick up my truck at noon. There was nobody at the office. And when I called the number on the door, no one answered. The biggest issue was that they put one address on the contract but when you get there they have a sign saying to return trailers to a different lot that is fenced in Nextdoor. This is a busy 4 lane 55mph road that we had to back a trailer onto just to get to the 2nd location. Would have been nice to know those special instructions when we received the drop off information.Dawn L.
