This rental site had everything ready to go, with staff that was helpful and answered all questions. A bonus was a dog named Tucker that was an excelllent greeter.

LANCE RBest customer service with a rental that I have ever had (and I’m old). Friendly service, owner hooked up everything for me and would not even have me move to the drop off yard - he said his guys would move it. Simply outstanding!
BRADLEY Wthe gas tank was not full and between the lines. it is difficult to fill up to the exact the same level without overfilling it. Even though I put an extra 2 gallons (12 gallons for 76 miles just to be safe), I was still charged for 2.70 gallons extra ($4.50) - interestingly, how the 2.70 gallons was calculated as there are no detailed lines on the fuel gauge? Anyway - I was refunded the money, but that caused an extra phone call and being on hold....

sue sAlways professional and plenty of trucks to rent. Make sure to inspect the truck and equipment before you leave the lot, send your photos on their easy-to-use site and MAKE SURE THE DOOR IT LATCHED SECURE!!! Some bumps in the road can jar a door open - thankfully our truck was not filled, yet. Close call.

BRIAN KRented a 20' box truck twice within a week. The first one had a loose dolly in the back that slammed around inside the box all the way to the site. I was also charged a predatory fee because I underestimated the amount of fuel to put into the tank after use. How would I know? You don't provide the fuel consumption rate anywhere. Both times I rented a $15 insurance fee was added on without my consent.

Carrie GI have rented trailers from this location several times. Everytime has been a 5 star experience and I would give 10 stars if I could for my most recent. I rented a 6X12 trailer and went to pick up but I was by myself and could not get on my hitch due to the weight. The front counter employees were quick to respond and brought me a jack to lift up trailer to hitch. I will be renting from this location anytime I need to rent a trailer. Thank you both again!!

STEVEN SADDED WIFI TO THE PARKING LOT. stood out there for 20 plus minutes for both pick up and drop off. Pictures were not loading through the app. had to tuen off and start the truck about 4 times to keep taking a picture. Then they charged me 46 extra dollars for gas filled up because they claimed it was slightly under 1/4 tank.

ANDREW Ethe mini storage facility had large numbers of both trucks and trailers so there was nowhere to leave equipment after hours except in an area signs indicated I should not.

CORY B1. update your website with times that are actually available for picking up uhaul. not times that rental location is closed 2. have someone available to help unhook very heavy uhaul from hitch of vehicle. 3. people were kind ~ the systems in place at this location make it difficult for me to rate it any higher than a frustrating experience 4. the uhaul worked well for us
