The truck has transmission problems. It has a hard time going into 3rd and going out of 3rd.

suzanne speierU Haul is very EXPENSIVE and the reservation center/ traffic center don't seem to care about locating a vehicle near you - they would rather convince you to get a vehicle nearby and you pay for milage to & from where you actually need to go. U Haul needs more competition.

Pam VartyTruck was a little dirty and didn't have the dolly I had reserved. But I just made the reservation a few minutes ago so I'll give them some slack for that. More immensely frustrated with how terrible the app experience was. It was barely functional, struggled to load, and the website forced me into using the app despite offering me basically the same functionality as an in browser experience.

Terry WadeTruck was covered in snow. Truck was mechnically very poor. Battery died twice on the trip. Roof leaked. Transmission went into limp-in mode twice (maybe due to low battery). Price was increased due to additional milage even thow we did not exceede the FIndlay to Lancaster milage limit. BG was just not convienient and more expensive.

Noah SpitlerWhole experience was pretty awful, due to the mobile sign in/out. Wasn't given a truck number, difficulty navigating the mobile site, led to confusion. Upon returning the vehicle, nobody at the site, so again I have to deal with the mobile check out. It kept logging me out and returning me to the main truck share page just as I was finishing taking photos. This was infuriating and lasted almost an hour. The truck was parked on the lot by 6:15 (check the GPS) but I was unable to finish the return until 7:02 (just after it was due). If I'm charged extra because of your terrible website I will be fucking fuming.

Aaron BoehlefeldOriginally we were supposed to pick up a 15 ft truck I reserved at BG Auto and Truck Accessories at 9 AM this morning. When we showed up at 9 AM no one was at the location, while the truck was there we had no way to get the truck and the link for online check-in did not work both the day before and the day of move in. Thankfully I called the reservation center and U-Haul was able to get us another truck in BG for the same price. While this was very helpful, we were on a tight time frame and if BG Auto and Truck Accessories want's to be U-Haul center then they should be professional enough to show up on time when a customer has a reservation.
