The truck was unsafe and needs to be maintenanced. It went limp 13 times during the trip which is unacceptable. The pickup location was disorganized and uninviting.

Dropped off my vehicle, employee said I was ok without verifying the miles or gas while I was there. I realized I forgot the dolly, I told the employee live right up the street and I will bring the dolly back so we can close out my account. Sent my son back with the dolly and my son ask for paperwork and the employee stated he closed it out without having the dolly back. Later in the day I looked at my email and noticed they charged me for gas that I already put in the vehicle. I stopped at Meijer gas station not even a mile from their location and I filled the gas back to original spit and some. Didn't take ten minutes to get back with the dolly and they managed to take the truck put in it. The truck was still parked in the same spot I put it. The place was closed went I went back to ask why they charge me for fuel when I put the gas back and some over. I used u haul several times over the years and this is the first time this happened. I been scammed for gas i put back in the vehicle. I wantvto put a complaint in against this location.
Curtis BIt is a drive through market. I had no interaction with anyone just took pics of the truck inside and out, locked it up and put the keys in the box.

EDDIE KThe truck was parked in a snow bank area, where the snow melt from the day was under the truck creating glare ice. This made it very difficult to get in the truck.
Hans RWe picked up our truck about 24 hours after a snow storm and the hood and windshield were still covered with about 4 inches of snow. We paid for moving pads that weren’t with the truck and the check engine light was on for the entire move.
