They were all great places and I rented Uhauls all week. Overall great experience. Couple of the tires on the trailer and 10’ truck were low at pick-up. But once we pumped them back up, the held. The locations for pickup and delivery were awesome. They were able to get me a 10’ truck instead of a 15’ even when traveling 690 miles. Very kind, professional. One place called around for me and the shop I picked it up from, took extra time to get me the truck right away. That was while juggling NC auto inspections he had to get done and managing the whole shop/rental on his own. That’s dedication thru chaos. He was very understanding and helped even though his shop had those times blocked out for no U-HAUL pick up. The app messed up my mileage to show I was over and owed more money. I called U-HAUL customer service. Not only did they speak English, they were understanding of the situation and helped us navigate thru what happened on the app. After review, she saw that the wrong mileage was entered and the app had a clutch of some kind. The charges were taken off and we are extremely grateful. I’m sure there’s more, but I really did have a great experience renting a U-Haul. Thank you for making it happen. Best regards,

I put the right amount of gas no need to charge me for 2 gallons I put right back the same amount. Did not like the sell o had to get the free strove. I’m old I need to talk to a person not the mobile place. Very unhappy
GEORGE RHad to go to a 2nd location to get truck. There was no washer fluid in the windshield wipers. Otherwise, truck was clean. The truck had trouble shifting gears. Location personnel very friendly and knowledgeable. However, not in an area that is convenient to us.
sheryl SThe software company that you all paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to design your application scammed you guys because the application does not work for pick up or drop off. When I select the button for pick up or drop off in the mobile app, all that comes up as a blank screen. It literally doesn’t work at all. The woman who was in charge of checking in the U-Haul return was completely incompetent. She had absolutely no idea how to do anything and she had to call the owner/manager multiple times for things that she should’ve been able to figure out herself. She had no idea how to deal with the fact that there was a dolly on my rental. I specifically chose to return my U-Haul at this location because I had good experiences with independent U-Haul businesses in the past. The guy who took our trailer back near Hillsborough, North Carolina knew exactly what to do and had us in and out in no time. He was the proprietor of a little business that sold prefab sheds, and he was very competent with the U-Haul side of his business. All we had to do wasgive him our confirmation number and we were out the door in 30 seconds. Unfortunately, the woman at Shann Groceries was on the opposite end of the competency spectrum.
NICHOLAS Jthe vehicles are not well kept inside or outside. outside filthy with mud and in back actually some type of medicatiion pills on floor showing the vehicle had not been inspected or even looked at when last returned.
Ken CWaited over an hour and twenty minutes to check out. The key was missing to the back lock. I would not recommend this location. It’s a vape shop posing as a U-Haul rental center. Untrained personnel at the counter. Had multiple computer problems. We were the only persons in the store. Very bad experience.
