The facility manager was such a joy to work with able to answer all my questions and concerns. When I came back to sign the paperwork, another manager from the Groton site was there, and she was professional. What a great team.

Cynthia SThis truck was not worth how expensive it was! It wasn’t cleaned and trash was left under the seats. It also was an older truck so there was no power windows, cruise control or Bluetooth for a long roadtrip. I wish I never used Uhaul.

Cathy SThis is unrelated to either location - I had so many issues with the U-Haul app. It was a nightmare for pick up and crashed during drop off so thankfully I was able to have a person help check me in at the shop. During pick up the all kept freezing and wasn’t accepting my credit card. When I called U-Haul for help I was told to try another card otherwise they didn’t know how to help me. I would absolutely not use the app for mobile pick up next time and make sure to plan for in person pick up and drop off.

Tracy PWe put too much gas in it because we assumed it was full when we picked it up but it was 3/4 and my brother didn’t know when he filled it. Our error but they are usually full upon pickup.

Julie BWhen originally set up, told them I couldn't pick up until 3p on a Saturday. Recieved notice prior day to pick up at location at noon because location will close. Then told I could pick it up using mobile app. Upon arriving, link said I had no reservation. Went to another location and they gave me the box information but couldn't print out my contract. When returning, I gave them the location nearest to my destination. They calculated my trip miles based on that distance. They then changed the location to 15 miles further away. When I returned at that location, I was informed that I went over my miles by 5 miles and was charged extra.
