Very difficult to find the right location. Instructions were absolutely terrible and was an active junk car lot with people coming to take parts off cars. Would not recommend. Also customer service in the app was atrocious I almost lost my movers due to the delay and the fact the app wouldn’t upload my photos of the truck when picking it up. Will never rent here again
Frank WSystem on the U-Haul side kept erroring out and failing repeatedly. Took a long time to get the rental to actually process. Check-in app failed at uploading images.
