MAXIMINO Gi don’t think it’s ideal for customers to be let known after they rent the u-haul from this location how they have to pay the 100 mileage right away, there’s no choice to opt out at all and creates an inconvenience for people who aren’t trying to spend that much amount of money on the spot
JOSHLYN Cno one advised me that there was a 24/7 drop off spot. i came on a Sunday to drop off the unit and the gates were locked. i had asked if Sunday was a option and was told yes.

KENNETH HUhaul was clean but it had little bit of mud but other than that it was great, the employees were awesome and attentive really like the place. And for the app experience i think it needs to be a better way to validate payment, right now I have a $133 pending when in the app said it was going to be $40-$60.

MELISSA DMight want to check the transmission fluid. It could be low or dirty. Shifting from 1st to 2nd had a squeal coming from the transmission.

NANCY PThey have not refunded my money after two weeks... they charge in advance for 100 miles in the city and they promised to refund the difference days later and this hasn't happened.
JOSE FMy only complaint or comment is that I was charged the fuel service charge when the gauge didn't even move I went 16 miles total I feel that being charged for the fuel service charge was excessive.

CLARA FPaid almost $80 for a small trailer which would have been fine except the thing i was suppose to pick up the seller cancelled last minute didnt even have the trailer for 30 minutes and paid for what i thought was an hour turns out i paid for the day if i would have known that i would have kept the trailer for the day, we returned to the place where we picked up the trailer to speak to the guy about a full day rate and he automatically checks us back in without us even telling him to do so now i paid $80 for a trailer i didnt end up using and cant get refunded.
JOSEPH HThe drop off location was closed and there were no clear signs directing to where to drop off the trailer after hours. I contacted Uhaul customer service and they assisted me very well.
ALLEN HThe $100 minimum deposits is a stupid ridiculous policy. We should just be charged for what we use or need. I wasn’t planning on $100 to be paid, I only used like $36. Now I have to wait for my money to return
