It wasn't about the location. It's about the business. The people we dealt with were excellent. The biggest issue was that your app, although a great idea and very helpful needed tool it was not user friendly and very clunky. We had to try multiple times to get it to function and there was such a delay in updating info or responses. We had to call customer service every time. Unfortunately by the time we reach a live person we are frustrated and angry because we are exhausted, overheating and starving. Also we were told once the agent estimated our miles that Uhaul generously gives extra miles but we somehow went over without ever veering from our path. The absolute biggest turn off was that Uhaul forced us to use their contraced company at $200 to open the truck when we locked the key inside and after a very long day we had to wait almost 2hrs for someone to help us which made unloading a late night. I'm not sure I would recommend Uhaul if there are other options but thanks anyway.

I have used other UHaul services in the Phoenix area and none compare to the hospitality, professionalism, and fantastic customer service I receive at the 99th Ave (Shed Gal) location. I've utilized their location quite often and I'm never dissatisfied or disappointed with the entire staff. I will recommend this location anytime someone needs this service. Outstanding!
Mark CI used the app to reserve and then went to pick up the truck 5 minutes away. The location is easy to find, the office was nice and cold super comfortable and the service was top notch! The owners are truly passionate about being professional and providing great customer service! This is what U-Haul should be, it's the reason we keep coming back.
Eva AThe truck was dirty and falling apart. Wasn’t washed, inside had water on the seat. Passenger door had to be shut extremely hard in order to close. Very late model vehicle. Reception put in wrong account information. And so emails were going to wrong person and transaction was going off my address instead of the actual authorized users address. Would use a location with more up to date vehicles. And less hoops to jump though. Usually they take your id when pulling the rental car but that portion was done after and caused even more delay in doing the things needed to get done.

MAXIMINO Gi don’t think it’s ideal for customers to be let known after they rent the u-haul from this location how they have to pay the 100 mileage right away, there’s no choice to opt out at all and creates an inconvenience for people who aren’t trying to spend that much amount of money on the spot
JOSHLYN Cno one advised me that there was a 24/7 drop off spot. i came on a Sunday to drop off the unit and the gates were locked. i had asked if Sunday was a option and was told yes.

KENNETH HUhaul was clean but it had little bit of mud but other than that it was great, the employees were awesome and attentive really like the place. And for the app experience i think it needs to be a better way to validate payment, right now I have a $133 pending when in the app said it was going to be $40-$60.

MELISSA DMight want to check the transmission fluid. It could be low or dirty. Shifting from 1st to 2nd had a squeal coming from the transmission.
