The location looked like an abandoned shack with over grown grass and a falling apart building, the truck was not well kept and dirty, the gentleman kept trying to push for me to return the truck to this location but I had reservations to drop the truck off in Greenville, after telling him I would like to keep my reservation the same when I went to drop the truck off it showed he still changed it regardless, I was charged a wrong drop off location. After calling customer service they were able to refund me the charge however this location had made this process of getting a U-Haul and returning a U-Haul very distressing

CHRISTOPHER KMohammed was super responsive and helpful. The location is a bit sketchy but the actual service and quality of equipment was outstanding. The locks used for mobile pickup are tricky to activate when it has been raining. Spent about 15 minutes on that part. Not fun. But, again, the owner was helpful and responsive.
