No key drop box I had to spend an hour on the phone with U-Haul, they told me to put key under seat and lock the truck so I did. The next morning the lady called and was as rude as she could possibly be when all I did was follow the instructions U-Haul gave me.

damon hThe only things I had an issue with is the truck was an older truck that pulled to the right a little and even worse when the brakes were applied. The day before my scheduled return date, the service engine light came on, I had no idea if the truck was going to shut down on me or if I was going to make it back to the lot. Other than that the rental truck was fine and served it's purpose.

She was having an issue with internet and getting short tempered and when I asked her if I could leave the keys because I couldn’t wait she said, in a very snide and inappropriate tone, “who are you?” I told her my name but that didn’t do anything to lessen her rudeness. I left the keys and she threw them down and SHOUTED at me “you don’t have to be rude about it”. I assure you, I was not. Because of her behavior I will not use this location again.

I rented a uhaul last week with Garrett’s Auto Service as well, and the uhaul was an hour and forty five minutes late arriving. When I called into customer service the rep stated there weren’t any credits for delays. However, the app states guaranteed reservation but apparently it doesn’t matter. Then I reserved another uhaul for this past Friday at Garrett’s Auto Service again. Of course upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the uhaul wasn’t ready for me once again. Then when I called their office the lady said well I just left the office and I don’t have anything ready. I told her it should have Been ready because I reserved it online. She said well I’ve left the office and I don’t have anything prepared. I told her I was confused as to why it wasn’t ready after reserving it online and I thought that was the whole purpose. She said well uhaul must not have notified me. So I had to change all my plans and the help I had hired had to be canceled as well. I had to delay my plans to Saturday eve with another location and it went more smoothly. However, I feel I am entitled to a refund due to the delays & cancellation on the uhaul and help I had hired and having to completely rearrange my plans. It was a disaster and infuriating!

DENISE AWhen we went to pick up our rental truck. The place was closed and there was no trucks there. The owner just happened to be at his home next door and came over to talk to us. He said they send people here all the time on the weekends and we are never open on the weekends. We called the scheduling office to explain that to some one and they were not at all helpful. She said because we were late picking up the truck there was nothing she could do about it. So we explained it again to no avail. We asked for another truck of any size that was close to our location and she said no trucks are left. We hung up and looked for ourselves and went to the nearest Uhaul and there sat a truck the same size we wanted. We went inside and the truck was available. I would not recommend calling the main dispatch office to anyone. It would be best to just so it yourself.

LAURA LCould not explain over charges and was not helpful at all. They were incorrect in overcharging for miles, gas, and days. We turned in a day early and was not over miles and gas was the same as rental it was sitting on a slant affecting the gauge reading, Not acceptable for us.
DENNIS BIf they break down and can not get any help from anyone at u-haul send another company that is available emediatly. And don't make them pay to fix it themselves and then charge them several hundred dollars after they did your employees job for them and paid to put better parts on your equipment

Tony WThe lady who took my reservation somehow didn't save it. Luckily they still had a truck the day I needed it. The process was a bit slow as she seemed to struggle with the process and said she was new.
James HGood experience with personnel at this location. However, I had my pickup scheduled for 7am using the 24 hour truck share option. This location doesn't have that available. I was not able to pickup until 9am when the location opened. The uhaul employee who assisted me in making my reservation via phone doesn't work at this location. I'm not sure if it was a system glitch that allowed this. It was very inconvenient for me. An unfortunate situation, but hopefully one that can be remedied for future customers.

Upon returning equipment suggested I scrub the floors clean before she charged me for cleaning fees, second staff member inspected it and found no issues with the truck in the same condition.
