This is for uhaul, after getting to my destination, wanted to drop off the 5x9 trailer at an uhaul place very close to my destination. The folks at that site were very helpful, but it was going to cost me over 400 dollars to drop it off there. I was a little disappointed that I had to bring back the empty trailer to the rented site.Kenneth F.

Truck was very old and making noise and as soon as we loaded the stuff engine light came on. seems like due to old engine and truck it was just trying to survive on roads. we were afraid if it stops in the middle of the road it will be too much problem for us.Suraj R.

Unfortunately the person who rented the truck before us had not returned the truck so it affected our move by a couple hours. However the manager at Shell was nice & accommodating trying to get the truck to us ASAP.Richard W.
The salesperson said I was lucky they did not have costumers at the gas station at the time, or he would not have been able to help me disconnect the trailer. I will not go back there again, because I could not do it by myself. I will make sure I go someplace that has a person readily available to assist me.ANA M.

Was called 10 minutes before scheduled pick up to have location changed because there was not a truck of the correct size at the location I chose. I chose the original location because it advertised a guarantee my correct reserved truck would be available. I arrived at the new location and waited 45 minutes to finally get the truck, which was not swept out or cleaned. It was full of dirt, broken glass, and other debris in the back, and a phone case and plastic trash on the floor of the cab. They also did not have the correct number of moving blankets I requested online with my reservation (2 dozen reserved and was given a total of 5). The documented gas on my contract was higher than the actual gas in the truck, and when I notified the uhaul employee he said he would call to have the contract updated and that it was no issue. He later called me and told me to take a picture of the dashboard and let whoever I turned the truck in to know there was a discrepancy and show them the picture I took. I also asked about the advertised $50 credit from the truck guarantee online during the original booking and the phone call notifying me the truck was not available and was told it would be applied when I dropped the truck off. This did not happen and the original quoted price was still charged to my credit card with no discount.STEVEN P.

I rent from this place all the time. They try to accommodate the best they can. I did have a small issue this time though. Agent said she would credit me the money for the extra fuel I put in by mistake. She did not do that. The marker shown on the receipt is inaccu. I put in more than that.Bari Q.
