They were going to charge me additional $60 when I returned the Uhaul truck, after I already spoke to the Uhaul office. It took way too long to clear the additional charge. Plus, the attendant at the store did not do a thorough inspection of the return truck. Very poor operation at the drop off location.
john rthe truck had no gas. it was dirty, the rental process was difficult and long, they sharged be extra days when i returned it earlier than they calimed.

I was concerned renting from a gas station as I was not sure if they would be able to get me the truck and balance their store responsibilities but she did all that as if it was nothing. Very impressed.

CHAD JThe equipment I reserved was not there when I came to pick up. Only a fraction of the blankets and neither of the 2 appliance dollies I reserved. Also I was told the order could not be changed, I would be charged for what I did not receive, and would have to call Uhaul customer service for a refund, which I have not yet had the time to do during business hours.
