Language barrier Walked into Shell station Asked cashier for U-Haul She pointed to liquor Handed me her phone where we had to communicate w someone who wasn’t very accommodating When I called 1-800-U-HAUL they told me I could have the van for 24 hours; we could change times or size of the van or change whether we wanted to return here or leave at Clarkston destination. Got there only 1-10’ truck which we originally said we wanted. Movers suggested switching to 15’. We were told we would have to get it at a different location. We were told we can NOT leave in Clarkston. (We were trying to save on miles at $1.19 a mile on Saturday. So we needed up being charged an extra $59.37 because they weren’t accommodating. Avoid this Shell location at 41050 Garfield. Get it all in writing Record the conversation Bunch of smoke and mirrors.
