They pre authorize one week rental and retun the one day rental but still showing one week on my debit card, not sure if they have to do something from thier side to release the fund. Most of stuff are friendly. I checked no for the equipment clean and well maintained comparring to shcelse location, as they clean thier vichle after the drop off, Other locations don't.

Was there at, didn't get truck until 9:30. Asked to change rental period to 6 hours, was told that was done and it wasn't when I received the bill. Reserved a furniture dolly, there wasn't one available dropped truck off at 3:25, showed checked in at 4:30

The Rep at the Shell Station by the name of Anderson was very hospitable and pleasant

They didn’t apply the mileage I told them to. Van was too dirty, Inside and outside .The van wasn’t all the way fulled up. I spend 80 dollars to refill the whole tank up. I spend less than 300 mileage and they decide to over charge me for more. I got my receipt of everything in case they want to deny anything.

My employees came back and told me that although future trips may be easier to use the uHauls that are closer to our office, they recommend we still use this location because the people at the Shell Gas Station location were fabulous. Some of my employees had even used this station earlier this year, and they said yesterday that it's always the best experience when they pick up and drop off from this location.

Truck was swept but had sticky residue from spilled liquid on floor in cab. Don't know if every location adheres to u haul standards. I wet wiped cab floor to insure acceptable return.

payment was above the agreement, insurance was double the price, took too long to rent the U-haul (woman was out of office at the time), terrible experience

They did not have my reserved and guaranteed equipment and the staff felt very indifferent about helping me. I had to take a truck instead of a van which I did not want to drive. I reserved a van for a reason.

The truck reeked of cigarettes and had trash in it. the sideview mirror was also broken. the brakes were weak. this is not okay. The location has a mechanics shop I implore you to use them

At the beginning and end of the month there is usually a very long line at the counter. Do yourself a favor and choose self check in on your app. It saves you so much time!

When I arrived, the car was parked a quarter of a mile away. I reserved a furniture dolly, but when I arrived they didn't have one. Still charged me. I reserved blankets for cushions. they didn't have them in truck, i had to bring the car all the way back around to pick up what I had already reserved. Then they overcharged me for 4 gallons of gas, after I had driven 18 miles, and filled up the car with 2 gallons of gas for that 18 miles.

The outside of the truck was dirty and the front bumper was hanging off and needed to be repaired. I did not feel comfortable taking that vehicle but I was in a rush so I settled and did not ask for a replacement. In January, I rented in the Bronx and it was much better

Line to pick up was long and app check in process is not entirely practical based on how vehicles are parked. Taking photos from the middle of a busy avenue is not safe. BUT overall, I had a good experience and the folks who run this location are nice and customer oriented.

I felt the attendant was discriminating against me as a Black man. Her tone I found to be condescending and disrespectful. At no point do I believe I did anything to warrant her behavior aside from being 15 minutes late for my pick-up time (not including the 5 to 10 minutes waiting for her to finish her sweeping/mopping).

They called me 2 hours after I dropped it off saying I hadn’t returned it yet. Then closed for the night so I couldn’t get back in touch with anyone. Thankfully they’re attached to a gas station which was still open, so the gas station worker was able to close out my rental and confirm it was dropped off.

Gas pumps was broken, as I was trying to return the car the car I was at the last step and they made me move it because the space for the uhaul was a double park space and they made me stop what I was doing because someone parked where they should not have parked. This place was so hectic

The system was down, requiring check in to be completed through the app at the location. Subsequently, the app took 30 minutes to review my documents, delaying my move and the schedules of those involved. The employee at the desk was unhelpful in expediting the process.

When I placed my order, about 5 days in advance, I also orders a hand truck, and 2 days before pickup I ordered another hand truck and 2 dollys. When I went for pickup they didn't have any of the add-ons I ordered.

The only issue I had was I reserved half a dozen of blankets needed to cover my frames and mirror and only revived two. But they waved the fee. So worked out.
