The pickup and location was fine overall. As mentioned though equipment I reserved in advance was unavailable day of with no prior notification. IE dollies, blankets etc
Alex FGas pumps was broken, as I was trying to return the car the car I was at the last step and they made me move it because the space for the uhaul was a double park space and they made me stop what I was doing because someone parked where they should not have parked. This place was so hectic
Tara DIt just took a while to get the truck and then they did not have all of the equipment I had requested.

Darrell SThe system was down, requiring check in to be completed through the app at the location. Subsequently, the app took 30 minutes to review my documents, delaying my move and the schedules of those involved. The employee at the desk was unhelpful in expediting the process.

Neil GWhen I placed my order, about 5 days in advance, I also orders a hand truck, and 2 days before pickup I ordered another hand truck and 2 dollys. When I went for pickup they didn't have any of the add-ons I ordered.

Janet OThe agent was unattentive and rude. Made me walk all over to find the van. When I returned it with the proper amount fuel, she charged me extra 2 gallons. She al said she rented the van at 129 starting miles. I proved it was 132 miles with pictures. Got a $18 refund. What a sleazy dealer.

DAVID SVehicle had 1/4 tank of gas and their was trash left from customer before. This was the first time experiencing this as this location as I’ve rented numerous times. They are helpful and courteous at this location and have never had an issue especially when I dropped this vehicle off. Would definitely rent from here again.
SUDIE WAnderson was very professional, personable and very helpful & kinda. I was very impressed with him.
Deborah WAll worked well but I was not too happy with the return. I was asked whether I had topped up the gas tank. When I replied I had only driven for 6 or 7 miles, I was told it's OK. Then I got a bill which included seven gallons of gas. While I acknowledge I used up gas and I know you charge extra for the refill, there is no way I used up 7 gallons worth of gas.

IBRAHIMA BI just had a glitchy experience with the self-checkout in the app, so I had to wait for the Uhaul guy who was super nice and helpful. I think the app could be improved -- it was not clear to me that I had successfully submitted the checkout.
Jean FIt’s a very tight space, and even though it was a gas station, the truck had almost no fuel left, which meant an immediate fill up

HENRY VI left the truck at 615pm I was suppose to drop it off 6:00pm and they charged me double instead of 19.99 they charged me 39.98 for a rental because I was only few minutes late I understand 1 hour but 15 minutes is insane and it was female I never seen before PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AFTER USING THIS SERVICE

WILSON VI was overcharged and charged a bunch of 'fees' after returning the vehicle ahead of schedule.
DeRoux AThe back bed could be a bit cleaner. Lots of dirt and debris left from previous renter. But I to also left a bit of dirt and footprints. With no complaint, so guess it goes both ways.
COLBY WSet this up from FL for my daughter who lives in NY, and they made it so easy!
STEVEN KThe U-haul App should be better on returning. Since I made it earlier to return the rental the App was not allowing to process the return. I had to make the call so that I can return the U-haul because I didn’t know the process to it. It was very disappointing to have to deal with that.
