But it’s New York City where it’s hard to find a parking spot
Alhassane CLine to pick up was long and app check in process is not entirely practical based on how vehicles are parked. Taking photos from the middle of a busy avenue is not safe. BUT overall, I had a good experience and the folks who run this location are nice and customer oriented.
Eli SI felt the attendant was discriminating against me as a Black man. Her tone I found to be condescending and disrespectful. At no point do I believe I did anything to warrant her behavior aside from being 15 minutes late for my pick-up time (not including the 5 to 10 minutes waiting for her to finish her sweeping/mopping).
