How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had issues returning my rental since two different locations were displayed in the email confirmation and my Uhaul account online. The staff were very patient. Even though they couldn't find a way to help return the truck the first day, they helped me find a parking. Anderson and another staff member were able to help me solve the problem professionally and efficiently the next day.

WILLIAM JAlmost everything was very good, I was a little surprised that me that when I returned the van, the representative told me that I should to take the heavy appliance handtruck out of the van and put it where all the other ones were. I am 66 and he was probably in his early 30s. Not very considerate.
