The back latch was rusted to the point of not properly closing
Ozu ZWhen I arrived, the car was parked a quarter of a mile away. I reserved a furniture dolly, but when I arrived they didn't have one. Still charged me. I reserved blankets for cushions. they didn't have them in truck, i had to bring the car all the way back around to pick up what I had already reserved. Then they overcharged me for 4 gallons of gas, after I had driven 18 miles, and filled up the car with 2 gallons of gas for that 18 miles.
Jackson LThe outside of the truck was dirty and the front bumper was hanging off and needed to be repaired. I did not feel comfortable taking that vehicle but I was in a rush so I settled and did not ask for a replacement. In January, I rented in the Bronx and it was much better
