Had the worst experience with this U-hail facility. I opted for mobile check-in as I thought it would be the fastest option. It took over 25 minutes to check-in and the staff only assisted when my partner asked multiple times. I ordered the drop cloth and was told I needed to fold them back upon my return (that is not my role I am the costumer). Fast forward to returning the vehicle I mistakenly parked it back where we got it from, I didn't see in the contract that it could not be parked there. Instead of the employee calmly and professionally telling us where to park he berated my partner and agitated him to the point it was a screaming match. I had to ask 3 times where to park as it was unclear. The employee then told us we would never be able to book there again which is fine as the costumer experience was horrible. I will be going to the better business bureau to report this location.TIAVAD G.

They helped me after the pick up location was horrible to me they are so nice and I appreciate them so much truly great customer service. The lady was extremely patient with people who came in before me who switched the size of their uhual twice on her she was still nice and accommodating and she told me the steps to start taking while I waited. The mobile app didn't work and we got a smaller van than I had reserved. I also reserved for 5 hours and when the mobile app didn't work the person working said we had to have it back in 4 hours instead.BENJAMIND H.
Everyone was great at the location. I had to call the main U-Haul number to extend my time because of something beyond my control. The person on the phone - Linda from Traffic - was just amazing. She must have heard the panic in my voice! She made sure I had enough time to complete my job, leaving enough time for the guys at the drop off to prepare the truck for the next user. Courteous, knowledgeable service provided by Ricardo. Inside of van clean, outside was not. Uhaul needs to provide wash service to this location. This is an excellent rental location for Columbia University, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and residential community.SOLMARIA S.

The staff spent time to explain about the return policy which was always frustrated me due to return within 24 hrs but off the office hrs. There are all kinds of charges.. so make sure you ask about if you return late. e.g. the insurace will be charged not daily but ad many hours as you indicated will be consider as one unit so if you rent 8 hrs and return in 24 hrs late it could be charged 3 times. etc.DOUNGRAT E.

The manager was good but the vehicle had several malfunctions. Some not critical I suppose, like oil change overdue, tpms warning, but the really bad one was the cargo door open warning. Seeing that warning in a fully loaded vehicle on a freeway was extremely unsettling and scary. The vehicle needs to be serviced well.Nikhil P.

The attendent at the location was so rude & disrespectful to me. My rental truck did not have the correct equipment I reserved when I picked it up. When I returned later to ask for the dolly & furniture pads which I had already paid for, the attendant told me that it was somehow MY fault that the equipment was not with the truck, and so I would not be receiving the $50 â€œright equipment guaranteeâ€ displayed by the checkout counter. An all around terrible experience for which I was overcharged. Will be telling everyone I know to avoid this location whenever possible.Peter L.
