WILSON VI was overcharged and charged a bunch of 'fees' after returning the vehicle ahead of schedule.
DeRoux AThe back bed could be a bit cleaner. Lots of dirt and debris left from previous renter. But I to also left a bit of dirt and footprints. With no complaint, so guess it goes both ways.
COLBY WSet this up from FL for my daughter who lives in NY, and they made it so easy!
STEVEN KThe U-haul App should be better on returning. Since I made it earlier to return the rental the App was not allowing to process the return. I had to make the call so that I can return the U-haul because I didn’t know the process to it. It was very disappointing to have to deal with that.

NARI CSpace was incredibly cramped and made it hard to take the necessary photos at the time of pickup. The process was not very quick either. It took almost 25 min to get my vehicle. They also informed me that they didn’t have a regular dolly that I had reserved but only a furniture dolly. It was much heavier and unwieldy. I assumed that I would only be charged for the regular dolly price since what I reserved wasn’t available but was charged the higher price. The gentleman working at the station for U-haul was very nice but the pickup procedure felt more difficult at that location because of lack of space to move around.

Ismet VService is good They just overcharged me 30 in gas fee plus. 2gallons when I brought it back exactly how I took it I have pictures for prove but i.cant upload them 40$ in extra fees no good
ARNOL HI hate this location. The staff don’t care at all, and requested items are rarely provided. Last time I paid for a dolly and blankets and neither were provided. I was able to bother a gas station attendant for a dolly, but was told there are no blankets, even though I paid for them. I was not refunded, and this delay cost me over $100 as I had movers waiting on me.

Ruthie JTruck was not assigned to my reservation in the app. Location should have opened at 9 AM but U-Haul employee was not there. Gas station owner however told Me to call U-Haul support, which was great because they assigned me a truck and I could get it without the Uhaul employee who was late to work.

Cristal RSomeone should check trucks between use. There was candy wrappers left in truck, tire pressure was way out of what 20psi difference, and oil maintenance was required.
susan pGood Morning, The trucks wheel alinement was extremely bad and could have cause a major problem. It was not checked at all before it was given to us nor was it cleaned. Probably because the agent was late himself and had to be called by the older lady attending the counter. We cleaned it ourselves before use and left the cleaning materials upon return. The drivers side rear view mirror was struck while parked and we had to park on the sidewalk to avoid further damage. I hope the issue can be resolved without these extreme charges on my account due to such hazardous conditions the truck was given to us.

UMA SI was charged twice the advertised price, and I'd like to know why. I will submit a claim with my credit card co. to not pay the arbitrary charges. It's good to begin business being honest; don't advertise a price and then charge your customers double that amount. Really ridiculous and not a good way to do business!

VLADIMIR MPeople at the location were absolutely wonderful but once again uhaul set me up for failure by not allowing me to return the truck at my original chosen location. But thankful the people at this location jumped up and helped us out.

GARRETT AThis location is easy to get to. Wonderful Service!! I will suggest that you make your reservation online, that makes it much easier when you come to pick up your truck. I didn't need any extra equipment so that's what made it much easier for me too. This was a very smooth transition, I made it back a half hour earlier as well. Thank you for making this very easy for me!!!

BRENT RAbsolutely terrible experience, truck wasn’t clean. Did not get the desired truck size and somehow it was more expensive . And not to mention the cost for the gas was absolutely ridiculous. I should’ve stuck with Penske. Will never be using U-Haul again.
BREANA FPersonnel in this location were very helpful. Was charged additional fees by the U-haul company after explain clearly that the fees were already paid for. Didn’t stop them from charging me a second time. This happens every time I rent with U-Haul. Extra fee hidden everywhere. Definitely learned my lesson this time and will be renting with another company next time.
Gary MThe location has three things going for it: location, location, and location. This means little effort is needed for anything else. In particular, the truck's service deterrent system was lit and beeping throughout my rental. The truck itself has no shock absorption, and the engine sounds like it has never been serviced. The location is very busy, so there was a long line to return the car (and becasue the service deterrent system message was on instead of the odometer, I could not take the dashboard photo for mobile check out The staff was very courteous. It is not their fault

Tiffeni MThe location is very convenient and the staff was friendly. It was difficult to find a place to park the vehicle upon drop-off and to navigate the tiny gas station filling area. If there was anything to do I'd reserve more spots on the parking strip across the street for storing the UHaul vehicles.

HAYDEE ZStaff were responsive and helpful when we were running late for pick up. But location didn't have the utility dollies that I'd requested which really slowed things down for us and made things difficult when moving heavy items, and which I still got charged for.
Varun JThe location was small and crowded but I guess being on Manhattan that is to be expected. The problem was that the truck was delivered with only a quarter tank of gas so I had to navigate the crowded gas station immediately before I could comfortably set off on my move.
