I dont understand why I had to pick up at this shell gas station when there is a main place right down the road. With customers coming in and buying stuff checkout took longer than expected since only one person was working. The parking lot is not equipped for easy in and out access with gas pumps and delivers happening. Truck itself was fine. I blew it out and cleaned way more than the mess I had made. There were dog treats in the passenger door that that had been chewed. Overall just seemed felt very uneasy picking and dropping off here especially with a uhaul facility 1 minute down the road.

The people at this location don’t know how to properly handle the rental. No paperwork when picking up truck, entered the wrong check-in time resulting in me getting charged for 2 days. When returning the truck the person at this location said she was new and didn’t know how to help remedy the situation. She was not at all familiar with the U-Haul rental system. I would never rent here again.

This is a gas station. This is their primary business. While we got the truck needed, it took more time than anticipated to receive.

It took 45 to get the vehicle because the Internet was too slow and they were waiting on gas station customers. I did not receive a printed copy of any of my paperwork. The gas station was not equipped with parking to accommodate the truck and regular customers. No one asked for my id or verified my identity, when I dropped off the vehicle there was no checkout or paperwork. Seriously disappointing to have my pickup location moved because the original location was too busy and to receive such substandard service.
