Tom GSTAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WHEN THE LIGHTS ON THE TOW DOLLY DIDN'T WORK, SHE ARRANGED FOR A P/U OF A TOW DOLLY IN CALAIS, ME B/C SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER ONE. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP. HOWEVER, THE LACK OF EQUIPMENT AND THE POOR SHAPE OF EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVER RENT A UHAUL AGAIN.
mark pThe windshield on the drivers side leaked like a sieve, needs to be repaired asap. Also check oil pressure guage and potential oil issue before putting vehicle on road again. This is not a reflection on the location but attributed to those responsible for maintenance of vehicles.

Kim SAn absolute unsafe trolly was provided. Even after the inspection, the tires blew up in within one hour of drive. Causing significant safety issue, damages to the loaded items and waste of time in middle of road. Initially Uhaul took responsibility, and then they turned and did not refund or reimburse any of the expenses even though i had all the insurance coverages purchased from them.

April SUnfortunately I didn’t get the lady’s name that helped us so that she can get the credit, but she was absolutely wonderful! We were having trouble using the mobile pickup so she was able to assist us and get us checked in for the pickup. She is so friendly and helpful we really appreciated it! I would highly recommend this location! Great people and place!
