Excellent customer service. Mr. Shepard was very professional and did his best to accommodate us during our very busy local move. He made sure he had a truck ready for us on short notice even on the last weekend of the month.

The person rented from was great. I was in a bind and in a hurry, and that was the only tow dolly or trailer I could get I had been to three other locations. He was very helpful. The only downside was he didn’t know the lights didn’t work until I was hooked to it and I’m assuming nobody knew that the toe straps was too short to go around a 17 inch tire.

Josh SWhen I got the truck after not being told it had to be mobile , the place didn’t open until noon, it was a little dirty on the drivers side floor and a half a tank of gas. I returned it in the exact same condition and gas and was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee as soon as i returned it. I had originally reserved a truck at a different location but was told to go there instead. Will not use either place again.
