Location is hard to get into. I needed to call regarding an issue and even during business hours the call is answered by AI but during the first statement it cuts off and the call is disconnected!

Absolutely nothing. This experience was the best I’ve had in years. The guy I talked to was friendly and kind. They worked with me on bringing the tow dolly back after hours when it was convenient for me. I will definitely get all of my u-haul rentals from them.

Excellent customer service. Mr. Shepard was very professional and did his best to accommodate us during our very busy local move. He made sure he had a truck ready for us on short notice even on the last weekend of the month.

The person rented from was great. I was in a bind and in a hurry, and that was the only tow dolly or trailer I could get I had been to three other locations. He was very helpful. The only downside was he didn’t know the lights didn’t work until I was hooked to it and I’m assuming nobody knew that the toe straps was too short to go around a 17 inch tire.

Returned the truck after using it for 3 hours and 12 miles and have still have charges for over 179$ still coming you my account .... makes no sense at all

When I got the truck after not being told it had to be mobile , the place didn’t open until noon, it was a little dirty on the drivers side floor and a half a tank of gas. I returned it in the exact same condition and gas and was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee as soon as i returned it. I had originally reserved a truck at a different location but was told to go there instead. Will not use either place again.
