First the guy Cameron working I believe was sleeping everything I went in for help. My furniture clothes were no in the truck then the Cameron guy walked the property 40 mins looking for them then told me I had to drive to another location to get them. I went to that location which is on telegraph in Monroe mi then when I arrived there the general manager was very very very rude and gave me so much trouble to pick up these blankets. Total bullcrap

Bruce U.I began using Sherlock Storage almost a year ago while transitioning living situations. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly. About half way into my time I noticed a change in the customer service. Each month I called to make payments the staff was very cold and didn’t seem to have customer service phone etiquette. I would end the call not knowing if my payment was complete or if I was good to hang up. Just a note to consider as you move forward.

Shane H. | Overall ExperienceThe guy (can’t even call him a gentleman) working at the facility was probably the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. He did not talk to me after I told him I was closing out one of my units. He fumbled with his phone and computer for about 5 minutes and then mumbled something about the computer being down. I told him I would be back the next day. When I came back the next day, he was on the phone and again, I waited for about 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me. I told him I wanted to close out my unit and then he printed me a paper but acted clueless when I asked about the automatic withdrawal payment. I sure hope he did it correctly and I don’t get charged on January 1st. Besides the very poor customer service, he was disgusting. Stomach hanging out of his shirt, food on his shirt, and a container of eaten food laying by his computer. I sure hope this guy isn’t the owner.
